You agree that the courts of New South Wales (or the federal courts of Australia, as applicable) located in Sydney NSW shall have personal jurisdiction over you in all actions relating to or arising out of this Agreement and you hereby waive any defense you may have of personal jurisdiction in any such actions filed in any other court or jurisdiction.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be contrary to law, the remainder of that provision (if any) and the remaining provisions of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect. Entire Agreement
